A sunny and warm day in Minneapolis is good for taking photos, because I can alway use ISO 100 and not worry about wearing more clothes. But eventually I should practice photography in low light and in sever weather right? I don’t want to think about it now.

The cilantro lime shrimp salad is one of my favorite from Costco, but its price is growing faster than my salary. One day I fond this recipe using lemongrass to make this salad and immediately fell in love. If you know me in person you would know I never follow a recipe strictly. I follow my heart ^_^.

Scenic State Park-2015
Anyone who has spent at least a winter in Minnesota would very much appreciate the spring and fall seasons. Thus in a Sunday, early fall, we decided to catch the Minnesota fall color following the front of the cold wave and visited the Scenic State Park. Hope next time I can recognize more trees.
